Requirements:<p><br></p><ul><li>Filipino nationality preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Estimation Engineer, specifically in turnkey projects.</li><li>Proficient in estimation software and tools.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of construction materials, methods, and standards.</li><li>Familiarity with relevant local regulations and codes.</li><li>Dubai driving license is mandatory.</li><li>Effective communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.</li><li>Proficient in English, both written and verbal.<br></li></ul><p><br></p>Responsibilities:<p><br></p><ul><li>Analyze project requirements and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates for turnkey projects.</li><li>Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to understand project scope and technical requirements.</li><li>Conduct site visits and assessments to gather necessary information for cost estimation.</li><li>Prepare comprehensive project cost breakdowns, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.</li><li>Identify and analyze potential risks and opportunities associated with the projects.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes and negotiate favorable terms.</li><li>Prepare and present detailed cost estimates, including pricing and budget breakdowns, to clients.</li><li>Participate in bid evaluations and contract negotiations to secure new projects.</li><li>Monitor and update cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgets.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to provide support during project execution.<br></li></ul>
