<p>Due to a period of exciting growth my client is looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to a Senior level Stakeholder. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. </p><p> </p><p>This is a flexible hybrid working position where you will be required to attend all meetings with the board member and then have the option to work from home outside of this</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Your responsibilities will include:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Managing the Board Member’s calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.</li><li>Conducting research and preparing briefing materials for meetings when required.</li><li>Attending all meetings with board members, taking notes, preparing minutes and action points for distribution. </li><li>Delivering results to deadlines taking a flexible and proactive approach</li><li>Arranging social events, dinners and any other meetings</li><li>Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations</li><li>Administrative coordination for document signing, deliveries and all</li><li>Organizing and maintaining confidential documents.</li><li>Coordinating work travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation</li><li>Managing expenses and preparing expense reports</li><li>Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Board Member</li><li>Handling confidential information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience Required:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li> Proven recent experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.</li><li>Experience working with Board Members or Senior Executives is preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Outstanding Stakeholder Management skills </li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite </li><li>Prior knowledge of CRM systems would be advantageous. </li><li>Availability to work out of hours and weekends as required. </li><li>A driving license and car is essential</li><li>A positive can-do attitude with the ability to work under pressure</li></ul><p></p>
