<p><strong>Position Overview:</strong><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle EBS (Enterprise Business Suite) Financial Consultant to join our team. As an Oracle EBS Financial Consultant, you will be responsible for providing functional expertise and guidance in the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle EBS Financial modules.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><span>&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li><span>Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to financial processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting. Add budgeting/encumbrance accounting, ratio analysis.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Provide expert advice and guidance on the configuration and setup of Oracle EBS Financial modules to align with business requirements and industry best practices.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Lead or participate in the implementation, configurations, testing, and delivery of Oracle EBS Financial Modules as per Oracle implementation methodologies.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Conduct gap analysis between business requirements and Oracle EBS Financial functionality and recommend appropriate solutions or workarounds.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Create and maintain functional design documents, including process flows, configuration documents, and test scripts as per Oracle implementation methodologies&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between Oracle EBS Financial modules and other systems.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Conduct end-user training sessions and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle EBS Financial modules.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Stay updated on the latest Oracle EBS Financial features, functionalities, and industry trends to provide innovative solutions and recommendations.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation activities.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications Expertise:</strong><span>&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Proven experience (5+ years) as an Oracle EBS Financial Consultant with minimum 3 end to end implementations preferably in public sector&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p><strong>Required Knowledge and Skills:</strong><span>&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li><span>Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EBS Financial modules.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>In-depth understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and best practices.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Proficiency in configuring Oracle EBS Financial modules and conducting system testing.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Ability to conduct effective requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into system solutions.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues and recommend appropriate solutions.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Experience in leading small to medium-sized projects and working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Oracle EBS Financials certification(s) OCP will be a strong asset&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p><br></p>
