<p>Native Arabic-speaking candidates with Transferable sponsorship.</p> <p> </p> <p>Desired Skill Set: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering Electrical &amp; Architecture background is preferred 3-5 years of proven working experience Native Arabic speaking (only) Excellent knowledge of design &amp; visualizations software such as Auto Cad or similar Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</p> <p> </p> <p>Roles and Responsibilities Supervise, Survey construction projects. Conduct regular site investigations and monitor the progress of the project. Collaborate with architects and contractors to ensure project progress properly. Monitor project progress and ensure design specifications, safety, and sanitation standards are met. Assess potential risk, materials, and material and labor costs. Produce engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules. Carryout technical and feasibility studies Liaise with various contractors, suppliers, and direct laborers. Performs other related duties as assigned Remuneration: Competitive salary based on industry standards and candidate experience.
