Job Description
Position: Financial Accountant<br>Job Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia<br><br>Preferred nationality: India/Philippines.<br>Desired Skill Set:<br>Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, excellent mathematical skills, and<br>ability to maintain confidentiality.<br>Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or above.<br>Minimum of 5 years experience in Investment accounting.<br>Experience in market security analysis & company valuations.<br>Proficiency in financial modeling techniques, such as DCF, Comps, etc.,<br>for conducting valuation analysis.<br>Advanced knowledge of rules and regulations related to reporting and<br>managing investments.<br>Strong ability to evaluate financial data and assess investment<br>activities critically.<br><br>Roles and Responsibilities:<br>Responsible for budgeting, cash flow projection, investment accounting,<br>and market security analysis.<br>Oversee the company’s investment portfolio and analyze returns.<br>Conduct market research and prepare relevant reports.<br>Prepare financial and investment reports.<br>Provide assistance to the CEO.<br>Remuneration: Competitive salary based on industry standards and<br>candidate experience.<br>Medical insurance in accordance with company policy.<br>Holiday pay and flight ticket at the end of the contract period.<br><br>We are particularly interested in individuals who possess strong<br>financial reporting and analysis skills, experience in budgeting and<br>cash flow management, and proficiency in preparing financial statements<br>and conducting variance analysis.<br>Previous GCC experience is NOT at all a required factor.
