<p><strong>Job Description Summary</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Apply Digital solutions for recruitment and employee management to ensure customer satisfaction, problem resolution and operation excellence across Saudi.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Working with digital leader on basic troubleshooting, installation and service repair needed on designated digital systems.</li><li>Working together with connectivity teams to Improve Effective connectivity, processes, and infrastructure.</li><li>Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining connectivity tasks logs and internal service records in a timely manner.</li><li>Utilize the escalation process to resolve customer digital service issues and conducting root cause analysis that will lead to effective problem solving.</li><li>Communicate with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction.</li><li>A strong commitment to a career in technology with a passion and aptitude for both software and information technology.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong>:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.</li><li>2 years of experience of Digital solutions for recruitment and employee management</li><li>Based in Riyadh</li><li>Strong analytical and quantitative skills</li><li>Strong IT and digital skills and capabilities.</li><li>Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimum direction</li><li>Excellent planning, prioritization and organizational skills</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and verbal &amp; written communication skills</li><li>Demonstrated collaboration, negotiation and conflict resolution skills</li><li>Analytical, problem solving &amp; root-cause analysis skills</li><li>Proficiency in Arabic/English</li></ul><p><br></p>
