We are a small but ambitious team, enthusiastic and passionate about what we do!</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Your role</strong></p><p><span>You will be assisting the Operations team, dealing directly with the suppliers and the internal team. We will collaborate to insure a flawless customer journey, which includes:</span></p><p><span>Ensuring car deliveries and customer experience is top-notch.</span></p><p><span>Strengthening existing processes to enhance on-the-ground operations.</span></p><p><span>Monitoring supply and demand activity.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Your responsibilities</strong></p><p><span>The role demands a hands-on, people-centric person who will be able to work in a team and assist to meet deadlines:</span></p><p><span>Supply: Get training and collaborate with the Supply team to guarantee proper supply utilization.</span></p><p><span>On the ground: Review new customers’ eligibility, ensure booking accuracy including location and time, and assist the logistics team in dispatching cars to customers.</span></p><p><span>Product: Ensure accurate listings on the platform including description, pictures, and specs; update car availability, and participate in car photoshoots.</span></p><p><span>Processes: Help set up, scale, and optimize processes for supplier operations.</span></p><p><span>Don’t forget that we’re a young startup! Much more will be waiting for you!</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Your qualifications</strong></p><p><span>We are looking for someone who is looking to specialize in operation/Logistics management. You’ll also need to:</span></p><p><span>Have the willingness to learn and grow with different opportunities that might come along the way; also keep a high degree of independence and reliability.</span></p><p><span>Be creative and challenge the status quo to find the best solutions for the tasks at hand.</span></p><p><span>Have a mindset of ‘getting things done’ regarding the operations of the business.
