<p><strong>Role:</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;Drive all product sales activity across MENA region.</p><p>·&nbsp;Work with regional companies, event venues, schools and rental companies to grow market share and Melody House Brands – this would include market segments, visit to support the customer, training, promotion, market research, payment and credit terms.</p><p>·&nbsp;Develop, build and maintain strong long-term professional customer relationships with existing, new, and potential clients. Intimate understanding of the client’s business. Use this knowledge to identify and create business plans for company development opportunities.&nbsp;</p><p>·&nbsp;After-sales support to build mutual confidence with customer in line with the agreed business strategy.</p><p>·&nbsp;Obtain an intimate understanding of the client’s business. Use this knowledge to identify development opportunities. Create business plans to deliver these opportunities.</p><p>·&nbsp;Use innovative means to develop new sources of profitable business in order to build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities</p><p>·&nbsp;Oversee and execute work which is focused on portfolio expansion opportunities.</p><p>·&nbsp;Negotiate to win orders with most beneficial commercial and financial terms.</p><p>·&nbsp;Be responsible for development and analysis of market information for strategic planning purpose.</p><p>·&nbsp;Driving new business revenues through strategic prospecting of potential customers to drive profitable growth.</p><p>·&nbsp;Negotiate and successfully close sales opportunities to meet and exceed agreed sales targets within the target markets agreed by the leadership teams.</p><p>·&nbsp;Identify and build a long-term active pipeline, exploring both existing markets and targeting new markets.</p><p>·&nbsp;Keep up to date with industry developments, maintaining awareness of competitor activity and market trends.</p><p>·&nbsp;Take complete ownership of, develop and deliver exceptional sales and tender documents and presentations, in line with Company standards. Generate tenders and relevant document preparation, using internal the specialist Technical company resources</p><p>·&nbsp;Ensure that appropriate signoffs are adhered to when considering new business opportunities.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Tasks:</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;Participate in sales activities including: Customers site visit, telephone contact, trade seminar and show product demonstrations in seminars.</p><p>·&nbsp;Prepare daily program and work plan, including customers and consultants visit, and daily activity report.</p><p>·&nbsp;Quarterly submit and implement a detailed business plan identifying: sales objectives, sales opportunities and major customer for the following fiscal quarter.</p><p>·&nbsp;Collect and report information on all competitive activity within the assigned territory.</p><p>·&nbsp;Be prepare to travel for client’s visits, training and conferences.</p><p>·&nbsp;Create demands for brands/ product by providing demos to end user.</p><p>·&nbsp;Deal promptly and professionally with all pre-qualifications / Tenders / Projects, and arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients</p><p>·&nbsp;Maintain accurate and up to date information on CRM/ERP system.</p><p>·&nbsp;Work with marketing team to develop a strong reference portfolio.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;Relevant degree in marketing/sales&nbsp;</p><p>·&nbsp;Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the same field</p><p>·&nbsp;Required experience in the Musical Instruments, AV and related industry</p><p>·&nbsp;Should have knowledge of CRM/ERP system</p><p>·&nbsp;Highly motivated and target driven individual with a proven track record in sales</p><p>·&nbsp;Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills</p><p>·&nbsp;Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the client’s needs</p><p>·&nbsp;Relationship management skills and openness to feedback</p><p>·&nbsp;Excellent verbal and written communication is a big plus</p><p>·&nbsp;A local driving license is mandatory</p><p>·&nbsp;Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies</p><p>·&nbsp;Focused and goal-oriented</p><p>·&nbsp;Proactive and a good team player</p>
