Job Description

• Maintenance of exterior and interior painting and decoration as necessary<br>• Repairing any damage to walls and filling in small cracks / holes<br>• Repairing damage to wallpaper and decorative finishes<br>• Respond to all reactive maintenance within the specified service level agreements<br>• Ensuring that equipment and tools are kept in a clean and useable condition<br>• Ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and cleanliness at all times<br>• Maintain a safe working area<br>• Use initiative to create solutions to problems<br>• Keep accurate and current records of materials received<br>• Ensure that painted areas are clearly marked and if appropriate cordoned off<br>• Record keeping and produce detailed work reports, as required<br>• Flexible availability for 24/7 standby duties and emergency call outs<br>• Respond to painting emergencies within the agreed time-frames<br>• Carry out, to the best of your ability, all tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager<br>• Always maintain a clean and tidy appearance. Uniform must be worn and should be clean and in a good state of repair<br>• Comply with all processes and procedures (Human Resources, HSEQ, Finance, Information Technology, Procurement, Operations) which include compliance with all applicable rules and regulations of the local labour law
