Job Description

<p><strong>Job Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Support and direct business activities from quotation through to order execution related to workshop service, field service, and replacement spares.</li><li>Responsible for improving the performance of service, sales, and sales teams.</li><li>Strategy development and execution of business growth plans with a successful story.</li><li>Grow new businesses for the company with a decent profit.</li><li>Support the sale director with weekly &amp; monthly forecasts.</li><li>Understand customers’ needs and offer the best solutions.</li><li>Organize and coordinate sales representatives’ schedules.</li><li>Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals.</li><li>Receive warranty claims &amp; and support customer care</li><li>Train new employees and evaluate their performance.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with customers.</li><li>Negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions.</li><li>Increasing localization and IKTVA Score</li><li>Operating &amp; running the pump assembling line</li><li>Operating &amp; running the spare parts factory</li><li>Running service centre workshop</li><li>Creating and signing a contract with the End User</li><li>Signing JV and licensing Agreement with OEM</li><li>Bringing new businesses to our company</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirement:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in management and business of at least 5 years in Oil &amp; Gas and petrochemical</li><li>Expert in rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors and blowers&nbsp;</li><li>Degree in engineering </li><li>Master’s degree &amp; MPA plus</li></ul>
