Your key responsibilities will include:</p><p><br></p><ol><li>Financial planning, analysis, and Budgeting: Developing financial forecasts, budgets, and plans to improve profitability and efficiency. Analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and making recommendations.</li><li>Financial reporting and compliance: Preparing accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with accounting principles and regulations. Ensuring compliance with tax laws, regulations, and financial reporting standards.</li><li>Internal controls and risk management: Establishing and maintaining strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial data. Managing financial risks and implementing risk mitigation strategies.</li><li>Team leadership, development, and stakeholder communication: Leading and developing the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture. Presenting financial information to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.</li><li>Project financial management and cost optimization: Monitoring the financial performance of client projects, tracking project budgets, analyzing profitability, and ensuring accurate project accounting. Collaborating with departments to optimize costs and enhance project financial outcomes.</li><li>Business development support and client financial reporting: Providing financial analysis and support for business development activities such as proposal preparation, pricing negotiations, and contract reviews. Preparing client-specific financial reports, such as project profitability analysis or financial performance summaries.</li><li>Cash flow management, time, and expense oversight: Monitoring cash flow, managing working capital, and implementing cash management strategies. Overseeing time and expense management systems, ensuring accurate recording, invoicing, and reimbursement processes.</li><li>Financial strategy and decision support: Collaborating with senior management to develop financial strategies and support strategic decision-making.</li><li>Fee structuring and revenue recognition: Collaborating with the finance and accounting team to ensure proper fee structuring and revenue recognition based on project milestones and deliverables.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.</li><li>SCOPA certification.</li><li>A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar role within a consultant company or related industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Strong proficiency in both verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.</li><li>Flexibility for travel as per project requirements.</li></ul>
