<p>We are an Indian customer services management company and manage customer service operations for several top Saudi retailers.</p><p><br></p><p>We are expanding our customer service team for our non voice line of business. </p><p> </p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Communicate with customers via email and chat</li><li>Communicate with customers in Arabic and English</li><li>Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability</li><li>Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs</li><li>Data entry in various platforms</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>At least 1 – 3 years’ of relevant work experience</li><li>Must be able to speak English and Arabic</li><li>Must be able to draft professional emails and chat conversations in Arabic</li><li>Excellent customer service etiquette and excellent written, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work</li><li>Should be able to work in a 24×7 shifts environment</li><li>Be dedicated and goal driven</li><li>Must be able to type fast in both Arabic and English</li><li>As per the government guidelines of nationalisation the person must be Saudi and live inside of Saudi Arabia</li></ul>
