<strong>About This Opportunity</strong><p><br></p>We are now looking for a Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions based on customer specifications and business needs. Responsible for short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson by being part of or working closely with the Core 3 team to translate the customer need and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions, and proposals. Supports the Consultants during requirement analysis and high-level design phases.<p><br></p><strong>What You Will Do</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Stay abreast of new technology/technical areas and share information about solutions to enable customer competence to build</li><li>Responsible for Business Support Systems Solutions/Products Pre-Sales &amp; Delivery</li><li>Responsible for scope, defining, and designing solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions</li><li>Analyze customer technology, define business requirements, and participate in risk analysis</li><li>Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations</li><li>Assume CSR (customer solution responsible) role or Lead Solution Architect within Sales &amp; Delivery Life cycle of projects/programs</li><li>Drive business strategy creation and implementation for end-to-end Solutions Sales &amp; delivery Program for a specific customer.</li><li>Define and handle the end-to-end (E2E) Solutions offerings, including standard Ericsson BSS Portfolio and qualified 3PP (Third Party Publishing) solutions/services partners.</li><li>Team with the KAM/AM organization to identify, plan and handle sales engagements for qualified key opportunities for assigned domains.</li><li>Lead respective Domain and Technology Integration Solution Architects within Sales and Delivery cycles</li><li>Manage opportunities pipeline for end-to-end (E2E) Solutions.</li><li>Customer Critical issue point for Solution respective manners.</li><li>Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>You will bring</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum B.Sc. Degree in related subject areas with 8 or more years of proven experience in telecom/IT information systems consulting, pre-sales, and solution implementations.</li><li>Education: BS Engineering (Telecom/ Computers/ Communications and Information/ IT)</li><li>Domain experience: area of expertise – Business Support Systems, in specific Billing System, with well versed in all sun-domains (Rating, provisioning, and invoicing)</li><li>Excellent technical knowledge of telecom concepts, processes, and solutions.</li><li>Good understanding of service providers’ business and information systems.</li><li>Cloud and virtualization knowledge is a plus.</li><li>Proven experience in leading consulting, pre-sales, and solutions implementation of end-to-end telecom business solutions.</li><li>Exposure to Ericsson Sales Process -is a plus- to manage complex Digital Services Project sales engagements and solutions partner qualifications and management is an advantage.</li><li>Consultative behavior, business-driven, and self-motivated.</li><li>Excellent people &amp; customer leadership skills.</li><li>Fluent in written and oral English communications.</li><li>Technology certifications are add-ons (eTOM, TOGAF, ITIL, TMForum, etc.)</li><li>Experience from technical job roles, e.g. experience from work as an Integration Engineer or Software Developer.</li><li>Cloud &amp; Hyperscale knowledge and understanding.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Why join Ericsson?</strong><p><br></p>At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
