<p><strong>E-tax is the digital transformation arm of Ministry of Finance and Egyptian Tax Authority is looking for a Technical Business Development Development Manager with</strong> <strong>15+ years of professional experience preferably in Technology Sector.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Office Location: Smart Village, Giza</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p><p>The Technical Business Development Manager acts autonomously to achieve sales objectives within an entrepreneurial, meritocratic environment that values and rewards performance, fosters meaningful professional growth and offers unique flexibility.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Duties and Responsibilities </strong></p><p>· Penetrate New Markets to generate new business opportunities Locally and Internationally</p><p>· Develop new strategic alliances with existing clients and prospected ones</p><p>· Lead annual strategic plan process, Quarterly Strategic Checkpoints, work/initiative prioritization, budgeting and increase business operational efficiency</p><p>· Manage the Business Analysis team to create all necessary documents, update project tools and brief lead consultant on project goals, deliverables, desired outcomes, risks, etc.</p><p>· Provide technical expertise during product development by determining customer product needs and translating these needs into new product recommendations and specifications.</p><p>· Review customer requirements, identify and communicate potential issues both internally and externally.</p><p>· Provide best in class complex technical support by answering and closing all customer and technical support questions.</p><p>· Analyze and understand customers’ business strategy, future product plans, and expansion activities and align resources where mutually beneficial.</p><p>· Define business priorities through a broad and far vision of market and technology needs, to include initiating and managing business development activities that will strengthen, expand and drive market.</p><p>· Assist current product roadmaps and act as a focal point in delivering eTax solutions</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science or Relevant study</p><p><strong>Skills and Qualifications:</strong></p><p>· Experience in strategy consulting or business operations / planning,</p><p>· Extraordinarily strong interpersonal skills (verbal, written, presentation, and listening).</p><p>· Ability to synthesize information and data into a compelling business narrative.</p><p>· Strategy Generalist with experience in multidimensional or cross-functional areas</p><p>· Ability to collaborate, influence, negotiate and build consensus with disparate parties.</p><p>· Adaptability: ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving organization.</p><p>· Sound, data-influenced judgment, ability in problem-solving, high level of discretion</p><p>· Highly organized and efficient; systems/process and action-oriented</p><p>· Organized, Results oriented, and experienced</p><p>· Facilitate and support the annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning processes</p><p>· Experience and confidence leading large programs</p>
