<p>Responsible for performing day-to-day sales tasks including finding new clients, preparing and submitting proposals, closing deals, and following up on POs and operations to ensure client satisfaction and secure future business opportunities all in compliance with applied policies and procedures. </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the Sales department goals.</li><li>Create and find new accounts to maximize sales opportunities.</li><li>Prepare a monthly visit plan at the beginning of every month. </li><li>Maintain and establish new businesses from existing clients or contacts, in addition to developing new relationships with potential clients. </li><li>Conduct effective and regular meetings to provide feedback and measure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Conduct meetings for potential clients to explain the services and offers provided by the company.</li><li> Achieve sales targets through closing deals.</li><li> Prepare and submit required proposals in coordination with the Operations &amp; PMO Team.</li><li> Follow up with the operations team to ensure the timely delivery of the project.</li><li> Follow up on the payments’ collection of the account.</li><li> Resolve customer complaints and keep open communication channels.</li><li> Prepare and submit required sales report periodically to the direct manager.</li><li>Complete and submit sales reports as required and/or as directed.</li><li>Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct manager.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any related field.</li><li> 5+ years of experience</li><li>Arabic – English</li><li>MS Office and any related software</li></ul>
