<p>Responsibilities Summary!</p><p><br></p><ul><li>The installation supervisors for the company’s technicians and contracting institutions to follow up the installation work at the sites.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Organize the technicians’ loading of the air conditioners from the warehouses, work to coordinate the distribution of assistants to the technicians, solve problems with customers, inspect the sites.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Before installation, increase the technicians’ installation rate, and reduce the number of canceled requests before Or after the technician visits the customer.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Periodically inspects the technicians’ cars and installation tools and checking them in case they are damaged, receiving and delivering them, inspecting the uniform periodically, providing technical.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Support to the installation teams at the sites.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Supervising field training for new technicians, and issuing air conditioners.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Inspect the technicians vehicles , in the event that are not sufficient required to arrange additional vehicles to load the air conditioners that the technician received, and to receive a large car for each supervisor.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Periodically checking tools and materials for installation, including copper, scaffolding, and installation kits. technicians, if any Problem with the site and visit the site directly.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><ul><li> Education and Experience Required:</li><li> Bachelor Degree.</li><li>Technical or Diploma Certificates.</li><li>Experienced IN AIR CONDITION sectors as an Supervisor for at least 3- 5 years .</li></ul><p></p>
