<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>the job holder would be highly motivated and detail-oriented procurement specialist who will be responsible for supporting the sourcing, creation of purchase orders, follow-up on deliveries, processing of payment requests, and maintaining appropriate documentation.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><p><br></p><p>- Create accurate purchase orders and ensure that all procurement documents are complete and processed on time</p><p>- Follow-up on the delivery of goods/services ensuring that the purchase orders are fulfilled within the agreed timeline.</p><p>- Resolve purchase order discrepancies with vendors and ensure their timely resolution</p><p>- Ensure that all purchase invoices are accurate and timely processed as per the organization’s financial guidelines</p><p>- Follow up on payment requests and ensure that payments are made on time</p><p>- Generate reports on procurement activities, providing insightful analysis of procurement metrics to management.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications &amp; Skills:</p><p><br></p><p>- Minimum Diploma Certificate</p><p>- Excellent working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar)</p><p>- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications</p><p>- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English</p><p>- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills</p><p>- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams, cultures and functions</p>
