<p><strong><em>Job Summary: </em></strong></p><p><em><span class=”ql-cursor”></span></em><span>&nbsp;We are searching for an experienced Head Chef to join the team. </span>He will be responsible for planning and creating the menu, hiring, and training kitchen staff, collaborating with restaurant management, optimizing team productivity, and being ready to give a hand to help wherever needed.</p><p>To be successful in this position, you should have excellent leadership skills with experience managing a team of kitchens with diverse nationalities in high work demands.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;5+ years of experience in a similar position</p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Language: Arabic, English, Turkish </p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proven track record of experience, leadership and managerial skills is required;</p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;In-depth knowledge of food principles and best practices.</p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and a good influence on the team.</p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Attention to details;</p>&nbsp;<p><strong><em>Job Role: </em></strong></p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensuring that all dishes meet the highest quality standards and is served on time with a great and fresh and creative presentation.</p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Planning the menu and designing the plating presentation for each dish / Menu variation;</p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintains and enforces all sanitation, safety, and security rules and procedures.</p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Oversee the preparation and presentation of all dishes and ensure that they meet the our standards for taste, quality, and presentation;</p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage inventory levels and ensure that all necessary ingredients and supplies are available for daily operations.</p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment to ensure that it is functioning correctly and maintained in accordance with safety standards.</p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and ensure that food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times.</p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Possess the ability to quickly and authoritatively delegate job tasks to a large staff</p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Trains and supervises a team with their culinary skills; encourages their growth and development;</p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Planning and directing food preparation in a kitchen;</p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Creating and supervising the schedules and shifts for the kitchen staff;</p><p>路&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards;</p>&nbsp;
