<strong>Deluxe Homes Real Estate </strong>is real estate brokerage arm of <strong>Deluxe Holiday Homes </strong>company – one of the largest vacation homes operator in Dubai.<p><br></p>We are looking for an <strong>General Manager</strong> for our<strong> Real Estate Brokerage company </strong>who will be joining our dynamic and multicultural team. The candidate should have a minimum 5 years of similar experience in the same field. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department, managing a team of real estate agents, and ensuring the success of our brokerage.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Procure, train, lead and manage a team of real estate agents, providing guidance and support to ensure their success;</li><li>Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, including marketing campaigns, lead generation, and client retention programs;</li><li>Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations, including licensing requirements, contract negotiations, and property disclosures;</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and other departments to achieve company goals, including finance, marketing, and operations;</li><li>Monitor and analyze market trends, including property values, rental rates, and competition, to inform business decisions;</li><li>Manage budgets and financial reporting for the firm, including forecasting, expense management, and revenue projections;</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, investors, and industry associations;</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, including attending conferences, networking events, and professional development opportunities.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Benefits</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Competitive Salary Package;</li><li>Medical Insurance Plan;</li><li>Annual Air Ticket Allowance;</li><li>Bonus/ Incentive based on generated revenue.</li><li>5+ yearsโ€™ experience in real estate brokerage field;</li><li>A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field;</li><li>Proven track record of success in managing and leading a team of professionals;</li><li>Excellent communication, management, leadership and interpersonal skills;</li><li>Strong ability to think a bigger picture and savvy mind for Sales &amp; Marketing;</li><li>Ability to develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals;</li><li>Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in the real estate industry.</li></ul>
