Define the work method, needed equipment, and perform capacity studies for assembly operations<p><br></p>Analyze and implement engineering changes on assembly lines<p><br></p>Lead a team of Process Technicians to acheive team’s goals<p><br></p>Lead Continuous improvement activities &amp; participation in quality claims analysis &amp; action plans<p><br></p><strong><u>Your Missions</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Define the work method and equipment needed for the wire harness assembly.</li><li>Identify and perform studies to improve the efficiency and optimize the layout of the lines.</li><li>Perform capacity studies of the production units.</li><li>Coordinate with all teams and suppliers to success new projects launches.</li><li>Prepare, control, and update the Capacity Sheets and Process Flow Diagrams.</li><li>Analyze and implement model year changes on assembly lines.</li><li>Ensure Capex spending according to the forecast.</li><li>Participate to all workshops to improve Plant indicators.</li><li>Commit to HSE Actions.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>To Be Successful For This Role</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum Bac+5 (Industrial or Technical Engineering).</li><li>Leadership &amp; team work spirit.</li><li>English and French mandatory.</li><li>Ability to work with cross functional teams.</li><li>High knowledge of problem solving tools.</li><li>Microsoft office skills (Excel, PPT, …).</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Language Skills</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> French. </li><li> English. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Work Location: Tangier Plant</strong>
