<p>We are looking for a talented&nbsp;<strong>Customer Success Executive </strong>to partner with our clients to&nbsp;deliver predictable outcomes and predictable growth for their business that can make a difference in our growth phase.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Delivering and communicating ROI&nbsp;for our clients, throughout the customer lifecycle</li><li>Being the trusted partner for the customer on the use-case and product functionality</li><li>Willing to wear several other hats including more general support and onboarding work.</li><li>Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers, the training of platform end users, as well as post-go-live support</li><li>Provide insights to customers to ensure that they get the most out of the platform with the aim of helping grow our customer base.</li><li>Participate in Sales development activities in collaboration with the Revenue team.</li></ul>
