<p><strong>SAS DMS</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Education</strong></p><p>· Degree, Post graduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)</p><p> </p><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in SAS Data Integration Studio, SAS Enterprise Guide, Advanced Macros, Data Flux Studio.</li><li>Work experience in DMS area in Banking domain.</li><li>Business development for using the existing setup.</li><li>Analyzing and integrating SAS solutions to different system using Web Services calls</li><li>Banking or Retail domains are must have.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p><ul><li>SAS Decision Manager Rules</li><li>how to Perform usability &amp; accessibility test</li><li>Good understanding on user research and KPI</li><li>Requirement gathering, analyzing and Technical solution for SAS product.</li><li>Creating and developing on SAS Data integration Studio, Enterprise Guide, Base and Advanced SAS Coding Jobs</li><li>Automation and Scheduling of the Jobs running in Batch</li><li>Analyzing and integrating SAS solutions to different system using Web Services calls</li><li>Administration and Support for the overall SAS Environment.</li><li>Hotfix installation, maintenance and other configuration changes for resolving the existing issues as suggested by technical team</li><li>Monitoring of System and support to the real time query issues raised by different team</li><li>SAS Server upgradation and renewal of Licenses</li><li>Security Control and access rights for maintain robust and secure environment</li><li>Linux scripting and automation of logs and other task from server</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Functional Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices</li><li>Experience in Agile methodology.</li><li>Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization.</li><li>Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Soft Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness by sharing deep knowledge and experience.</li><li>Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization.</li><li>Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management.</li></ul><p></p>
