<ul><li>A minimum of 2 years of experience related to the duties and responsibilities specified.</li><li>Good skills in organizing resources and establishing priorities.</li><li>Must be fluent in English</li><li>Integrity and professionalism.</li><li>Excellent Arabic and English verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office applications</li><li>Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.</li><li>Extend a warm welcome to visitors and guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.</li><li>Provide directions, answer general inquiries, and promptly notify the relevant personnel of visitor arrivals.</li><li>Handle incoming phone calls with friendliness and professionalism.</li><li>Assist callers by providing information, directing calls to the appropriate individuals, or taking messages when necessary.</li><li>Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, ensuring it is well-stocked with necessary resources. This includes monitoring and replenishing office supplies such as brochures, forms, and informational materials.</li><li>Coordinate with different departments and personnel within the organization, relaying messages, scheduling appointments, and ensuring effective communication flow.</li><li>Verify visitor identification, issue visitor badges, and enforce security protocols.</li><li>Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.</li></ul>
