Our Client<br><br>A leading real estate developer in Abu Dhabi have an exciting opportunity for a Manager Statutory Reporting and Budgeting to join their finance team.<br><br>Your Responsibilities<br><ul><li>Ensure the financial transactions related to the group and subsidiary companies are maintained in the General Ledger in full compliance with IFRS</li><li>Lead and manage the development of consolidated management reports (financial and operational), audited financial statements </li><li> M onitor and report the consolidated financial and business performance against internal KPI’s and plans. </li><li>Lead the business planning and forecasting processes in order to ensure the preparation and consolidation of budgets and forecasts in line with the business requirements</li><li>Ensure employee payroll cost is charged in line with the organization chart</li><li>Discuss reporting requirements with divisions/corporate units and design management reporting and consolidation templates in line with business needs<br><br></li></ul><strong>Your Qualifications<br></strong><ul><li>A professional finance qualification (CA/CPA/CMA/ACCA) plus Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or a related field is preferred. </li><li>Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A and IFRS knowledge</li><li>Experience in a multinational organization is an asset.
