Technical Sales Executive

<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Executive with a proven track record in selling Aluminium Systems for Doors, Windows, and Building Facades to architects, contractors, developers and fabricators in UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business and building strong relationships with stakeholders. </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve assigned sales targets.</p><p>• Identify new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying potential clients.</p><p>• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and fabricators.</p><p>• Prepare and deliver presentations highlighting the benefits of our products.</p><p>• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project implementation.</p><p>• Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities.</p><p>• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions in the CRM system.</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.</p><p>• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical sales, preferably in the construction industry ( Aluminium systems, accessories and hardware, machinery ). </p><p>• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.</p><p>• Excellent communication and presentation skills.</p><p>• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</p><p>• Willingness to travel frequently and work outside normal business hours.</p><p><strong>Core Skills &amp; Competencies:</strong></p><ul><li>Foundational Sales Knowledge.</li><li>Product Knowledge. </li><li>Prospecting.</li><li>Persuasiveness , Negotiation and Closing.</li><li>Communication and Presentation skills.</li><li>Relationship building.</li><li>Conflict Management.</li><li>Solution and Result oriented.</li><li>Emotional Intelligence.</li><li>Active Listening. </li><li>Curiosity , Honesty, Ambition, Adaptability.</li><li>Self-starter.</li></ul>
