This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.<p><br></p>Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.<p><br></p><strong><u>Your Responsibilities Will Include</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Delivering the programme’s strategy through creating the right interfaces and interactions. </li><li>Ensuring adequate and appropriate resources for the programme. </li><li>Ensuring effective communication through the programme and through good stakeholder management. </li><li>Facilitating the translation of strategy into planning and delivery across the programme. </li><li>Ensuring appropriate, accurate financial management and control for all projects. </li><li>Complying with all protocols, policies, and procedures in relation to all staff-related matters. </li><li>Promoting continuously and making an influence a positive safety culture. </li><li>Providing a coherent report performance against the plan to the client and regional management. </li><li>Acting as the public face of the programme to external stakeholders. </li><li>Chairing executive steering group meetings. </li><li>Providing leadership to balance value, quality, time, and cost drives to optimise the programme. </li><li>Directing, inspiring, motivating and encouraging a high-performing team environment. </li><li>Engaging with HR on all aspects of recruitment and personnel management. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>About You</u></strong><p><br></p>You have relevant degree qualifications and a master’s preferred. You will take personal development seriously and be chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional qualification.<p><br></p>You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams.
