<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Developing marketing strategies for the company</p><p>• Organizing promotional ideas/events</p><p>• Leading and training the team</p><p>• Oversees the daily workflow of the team</p><p>• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations for the team</p><p>• Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints</p><p>• Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.</p><p>• Conducts market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of products.</p><p>• Conducts pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing.</p><p>• Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership.</p><p>• Analyzes and evaluates financial aspects of product development.</p><p>• Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter the market</p><p>• Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior management</p><p>• Coordinate and develop marketing policies, programs, and campaigns</p><p>• Collaborates in the development of new services.</p><p>• Develop and implement the company’s web-based marketing strategy to promote all the services, attract visitors and potential leads, and generate internet sales.</p><p>• Analyzing website click-to-purchase conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales</p><p> </p><p><strong>Required Skills/Abilities:</strong></p><p>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p><p>• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.</p><p>• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</p><p>• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</p><p>• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.</p><p>• Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets. </p><p>• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.</p><p>• At least eight years of experience.</p>
