Training and development Coordinator

Job Description

<p>We are looking for a Training and development Coordinator to join our team at Monglish Academy.</p><p><br></p><p>= Requirements:</p><p>- BS degree in Education, Training, HR or related field.</p><p>- International High schools’ graduates are preferred.</p><p>- Excellent in English.</p><p>- Experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role.</p><p>- Ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate).</p><p>- Professional user for e-learning Apps like Zoom, Google Meet, … etc.</p><p>- Professional user for MS Office.</p><p>- Outstanding communication skills.</p><p><br></p><p>= Responsibilities:</p><p>- Designs training programs and supporting materials under the supervision of the HR Director</p><p>- Contributes to preparation of the Training strategy and budget</p><p>- Monitors / Measures / Follows-up with the Manager on Training Programs, Training Courses and Workshops</p><p>- Identifies and develops In-House / Customized Training Courses / Workshops, coordinating trainees</p><p>- Investigates and identifies / implements solutions for procurement, design, development and program delivery</p><p>- Maintains and improves training resources, materials, procedures and systems</p><p>- Assists in conducting and analyzing results of training audits</p><p>- Conducts TNA and develops a TNA Plan with the T&amp;D Manager</p><p>- Researches training trends and best practices</p><p>- Coordinates with External Training Suppliers to deliver selected courses</p><p>- Liaises with Brand Coordinators / Suppliers, Line Managers for new training solutions / products, etc.</p><p>- Monitors training activities and signs-off for all employees</p><p><br></p><p>= Offer:</p><p>- Salary: Negotiable based on your experience &amp; skills.</p><p>- Medical Insurance.</p><p>- Social Insurance.</p><p>- Annual Leaves.</p><p>- Outstanding career path.</p><p><span>If you are interested, kindly send your updated CV at:</span></p><p><strong><em>https://my.forms.app/form/633616330161c14210b667da</em></strong></p>
