We connect millions of users to hundreds of thousands of listings on any given day, through our mobile apps as well as our website: http://q84sale.com. </p><p><br></p><p>We’re established, profitable, and comfortably fund our own expansion with no outside help.</p><p><br></p><p>While most of our customer base is located in the Gulf, the bulk of 4Sale’s headcount actually operates and makes decisions out of none other than Zamalek, Cairo, where we have a beautiful office, and employ some of the most impressive people in Egypt’s Tech landscape. </p><p><br></p><p>We’re already winning in Kuwait, but to us the sky’s the limit and we won’t stop innovating on behalf of our customers.</p><p><br></p><p>To that end, we’re expanding our business lines and breadth of operations, and of course we’re constantly refining our products so that they are seamless, fun, and useful. In short, you are exceptional.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Trace and fix our data pipelines so that data reliability and proper instrumentation becomes a given</li><li>Provide essential and reliable visibility to basic metrics, set a scientific standard for these metrics, and document + communicate all of this across the organization to unify understanding</li><li>Maintain our data tools & platforms, and articulate clear requirements for the Engineering teams to instrument tools/SDK’s if necessary</li><li>Manage a team of 3+ engineers/data analysts, and develop them to their maximum potential by deploying them to work on the most critical team priorities</li><li>Own data visualization across the organization by providing Hands-off-the-wheel access to regularly needed information (views, trends, dashboards) by product, commercial, and marketing team members</li><li>Support ongoing product development by integrating essential analytics into features that are under construction</li><li>Support the business by studying our customers deeply and exposing trends and data points that can generate opportunities we couldn’t see</li><li>Present, communicate, and educate the company on where we are, how we’re doing, and what the future looks like by preparing and leading periodic commercial reviews </li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering</li><li>Strong background in data analytics and business intelligence</li><li>Outstanding problem solving ability</li><li>Comfort with managing multiple stakeholders</li><li>Track record of setting strong expectations and then meeting them with high-quality and timely delivery</li><li>Expert in Python/Scala, SQL, and ETL</li><li>Other relevant skills: NoSQL, Visualization, Data Warehouse, Data Modeling, AirFlow</li></ul>
