Job Description
<p>The main purpose of the Marketing department is to provide BESA with efficient, creative, integrated marketing, building relationship support strategy and integrated campaign delivery that effectively promote BESA services and events. The Marketing & Communication Officer will work closely with the marketing team to support and execute projects and initiatives that support the regional and local short and long-term marketing strategy and ensure that local tactics are compliant, support brand reputation, support recruitment and retention of customers and enhance the customer experience.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p><ul><li>Assist in creating, developing and designing the Marcomms collateral production that supports marketing and communications activity, including but not limited to brochures, booklets, banners, websites, e-newsletters, press releases, features and media opportunities and ensure that they meet agreed corporate branding standards</li><li>Lead on developing and building relationships with international and private schools in Egypt.</li><li>Track performance of marketing campaigns through measurement and analysis to understand effectiveness of each campaign.</li><li>Contribute to the development of digital strategies (web and social media) to build BESA online reputation and provide quarterly progress reports and presentations to the senior management team.</li><li>Support in segmenting customers, analyzing current customer data and evaluating customer journey and accordingly develop tactics that address customer issues and help to enhance customer experience</li><li>Responsible for the organization of marketing events such as organizing educational fairs, participation in school events, and Sports Tournament (the British Trophy)</li><li>Build relationships with press and media contacts in Egypt.</li><li>Recruit marketing suppliers for BESA.</li><li>Explore the opportunity of attracting sponsorship to sponsor our sports tournament events.</li><li>Providing clients with information about new promotional opportunities.</li><li>Analyzing media coverage</li><li>Commissioning or undertaking relevant market research and data analysis.</li><li>Coordinating and analyzing the success of offline marketing activities.</li><li>Keeping records of progress, budgets and timescales and keeping clients data up to date.</li><li>Organize and conduct presentations at international schools for students wishing to study abroad & speaking publicity at the events.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree Marketing & Public Relation or related field, Diploma or Ms is a Plus.</li><li><strong>Must have a car</strong></li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role/ field. ” Education Industry is preferred”</li><li>Ability to run PR campaigns that deliver measurable results and meet objectives.</li></ul><p>Networking & Communications</p><ul><li>Time Management</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills</li><li>Proactivity & Motivating</li><li>Presentation skills.</li><li>The ability to priorities and plan effectively.</li><li>Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills.</li><li>Creativity in securing coverage</li><li>Project and budget management skills</li><li>Ability to think both creatively and strategically</li><li>Knowledge of consumer marketing</li><li>Excellent computer skills</li><li>Able to work under pressure</li><li>Excellent Teamwork skills</li></ul>
