<p>The Training Consultant is responsible for developing and delivering engaging and interactive training sessions to our brokers on various topics that support the overarching strategy of building a culture of continuous learning and development for all employees.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><span>+ Develop and deliver training programs for a primarily off plan broker audience on topics including:</span></p><ul><li><span>Lead management,</span></li><li><span>Phone etiquette,</span></li><li><span>Call structuring,</span></li><li><span>Qualifying,</span></li><li><span>Building rapport,</span></li><li><span>Pitching projects,</span></li><li><span>Objection handling,</span></li><li><span>Closing techniques,</span></li><li><span>Usage of AX CAPITAL’s in house CRM systems,</span></li><li><span>Social media use for lead generation,</span></li><li><span>Developer knowledge,</span></li><li><span>Project knowledge,</span></li><li><span>AX CAPITAL benefits to clients, and;</span></li><li><span>other tools such as AX MAPS, Landing Pages, DXB Interact, etc.</span></li></ul><p><span>+ Design and implement training programs that are engaging, interactive and align with the business objectives and goals.</span></p><p><span>+ Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessment tools, feedback forms, and other evaluation methods.</span></p><p><span>+ Identify areas where training is needed and work with the management team to ensure training needs are met.</span></p><p><span>+ Collaborate with internal departments to develop training programs that align with business objectives.</span></p><p><span>+ Engage and support of design and delivery of induction training and process.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><span>Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training and development role or </span></li><li><span>Minimum 1 year as an off plan broker in Dubai.</span></li><li><span>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</span></li><li><span>Proven track record of developing and delivering successful training programs.</span></li><li><span>Strong knowledge of the real estate industry, including lead management, sales progression, and documentation.</span></li><li><span>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</span></li><li><span>Good organisational and time management skills.</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with CRM systems, social media platforms, and other digital tools.</span></li><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, education or related field would be advantageous but not essential.</span></li><li><span>Must be based in Dubai, UAE.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Personal Attributes</strong></p><ul><li>Engaging personality</li><li>Conscientious and punctual</li><li>Proactive</li><li>Solution orientated</li><li>Direct</li><li>Innovative</li></ul>
