<p>Executive Chef, Doha</p><p><br></p><p>We are searching for an experienced and dedicated Executive Chef to head up all culinary affairs at Vogue Cafe in Doha which open at Place Vendome later this year. This restaurant is run and operated by a third party under license to Conde Nast. For more details please contact me enclosing your resume and short note as to why you are interested in this position.</p><p><br></p><p><u>Job requirements</u></p><p><br></p><p>1. 2-4 years in a similar role or level, preferably from a high end restaurant/hotel background as either head chef or senior sous</p><p>2. Previous experience with both modern European and Middle Eastern cuisine a huge advantage</p><p>3. Experience in mid to high volume operations</p><p>4. Experience managing the financial side of the role in terms of supplier negotiations, costings and menu planning</p><p>5. Operational management experience, training and previous experience in rostering, leadership, and staff management</p><p><br></p><p><u>Salary range</u></p><p><br></p><p>Very competitive local package for remuneration and benefits.</p>
