S/He designs, configures, tests and implements projects.<br><br><strong>Main Duties And Responsibilities<br></strong><ul><li> Understand customers’ requirements and propose necessary actions and solutions; </li><li> Participate in the design, configuration and implementation of solutions provided to clients; </li><li> Take part in the development process of technical specifications related to offered solutions; </li><li> Implement software solutions recommending enhancements to systems and services while solving clients’ complaints and inquiries; </li><li> Conduct User Acceptance Test with the client on the implemented solution; </li><li> Create documentation including implementation, design, best practices and necessary documents; </li><li> Provide post implementation support for the implemented solution during the stabilization period; </li><li> Follow through the different solutions and implementations to ensure the company methodologies are well maintained highlighting inconsistencies when needed; </li><li> Participate in upgrades and programming exercises and implementations; </li><li> Deliver technical training and promote a professional image of the company and the Professional Services function at all times. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br></strong><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in Management Information System or any other related field </li><li> At least 2 years of relevant experience </li><li> Customer centric </li><li> Agile </li><li> Accountable </li><li> Result driven </li><li> Teamwork and collaboration </li><li> Communicate effectively </li><li> Problem solving and decision making </li><li> Planning and organizing</li></ul>
