<p><span>Test Lead/Designer : </span></p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Test Lead/Designer with a background in Telecom Testing to join our team. As a Test Lead/Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing the testing activities, ensuring the quality and reliability of our OSS and BSS applications. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in people leadership and management.</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><p><br></p><p>At least 9 + years of experience in Telecom Testing background</p><p>• OSS and BSS applications knowledge is must</p><p>• Should have strong analytical approach towards the requirement analysis, test planning, test designing, execution follow-up, tracking issues to closure</p><p>• People leadership experience and good people management skill with experience of creating effective teams</p><p>• Strong communication skill to highlight RISK on time for the work and resources, following escalation metrices to get things done on time</p><p>• Tracking team metrices, throughput , defects triage etc</p><p>• End to end telecom flows for pre-paid and post-paid and fixed customers</p><p>• Telecom hands-on testing knowledge on Applications – Siebel, EAI, BSCS, Ericsson IN, OCS , Net Cracker, POS, Dunning application, HPSA Mobile/Fixed</p><p>• Telecom hands-on on different types of orders, provisioning, fulfilment, rating, billing, invoicing, dunning , live-provisioning in netcracker,&nbsp;on-line charging systems, Fixed line activation,&nbsp;</p><p>• Testing on live voice and data usage scenarios</p><p>• Knowledge of Tools – Putty, WinSCP, TOAD Oracle, JIRA, HPQC,</p><p>• Knowledge on automation tools.</p><p><br></p>
