<strong><u>Reporting To The Resort Manager, The Recreation Manager Oversees , Pool Services, Fitness , Kids Club And Young Adult Center (YAC)</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Pool service, including overall maintenance, daily upkeep, cleanliness and the operation of the pool cabanas. From opening to closing times,</li><li>in charge of the guest experience from arrival to departure , Roll out of Pool amenities program and In charge for the lifeguards’ team. </li><li>Fitness activities, including Gym, Tennis, Paddle. Overall maintenance of these areas and daily operation.</li><li>Kids Club and YAC.</li><li>Monitors quality, standards and meets the expectations of the guests on a daily basis.</li><li>Schedules events, programs, and activities, as well as the work of others.</li><li>Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize to accomplish those goals.</li><li>Orders and manages necessary supplies. Ensures employees have supplies, equipment, tools, and uniforms necessary to do their jobs.</li><li>Provides and models service behavior to guests and employees. Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility.</li></ul>
