Job Description
<ul><li><span>Delivering technical and non-technical training to new and existing professional and retail accounts including treatments such as Facials/peels/scrubs/massage. </span></li><li><span>Delivering technical and non-technical training to new and existing employees in trainings and one-on-one settings. </span></li><li><span>Provide demos for potential new accounts, supporting the sales team. </span></li><li><span>Supporting the team with treatments at events </span></li><li><span>Presenting the brands and demonstrating the brands at tradeshows and events.</span></li><li><span>Researching, reviewing training manual, reviewing, preparing lesson plans, and selecting appropriate training aids. </span></li><li><span>Responsibilities will include delivering training and coaching therapist, assessing the therapist understanding and mastery of training, and providing management with feedback and suggestions for additional training requirements </span></li><li><span>Ensuring professional locations are familiar with protocols and that the follow them to provide the full brand vision and experience.</span></li><li><span>Update therapist training manual</span></li><li><span>Create new suggestions for treatments</span></li><li><span>Suggest brands and treatments tailored to specific locations.</span></li><li><span>Document procedures for treatments adopted.</span></li><li><span>Feedback and report therapist’s performance to </span><span>the spas and technicians.</span></li><li><span>Monitor and report out on the spas and technician performances.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p></p><span></span><p><strong>Candidate must have a spa /therapy background. </strong></p><p><strong>Must be able to perform and train on facial and body treatments. </strong></p><p><strong>Must be aware of technique and touch. </strong></p><p>Must be an excellent communicator and confident in public speaking and giving feedback. </p><p>Some travel may be included a couple of times a year.</p>
