Sales Manager (Toys & Baby Products)

Job Description

<p>Sales field representative to access, promote and sell our toy, mother/child range across UAE (possibly KSA as well) retail chains, wholesalers, and individual retail stores. </p><p><br></p><p>To be considered for this role, candidates need to have a deep understanding &amp; actual experience of the sales process and dynamics in the toy industry, toy chains and retail stores environment, experience in UAE or KSA is a must. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets</p><p>• Following up on order replenishment when necessary, at store level</p><p>• Building and maintaining good business relationships with store managers and staff to encourage sales support and repeat purchases</p><p>• Identifying new sales channels opportunities and negotiating listings</p><p>• Assisting head office to determine pricing &amp; promotions based on performance and competition</p><p>• Ensuring that instore merchandising is optimized to maximize sales and as per company guidelines and</p><p>• Promoting company’s portfolio to existing and new channels by increasing product awareness, answering queries, providing advice, and introducing new products</p><p>• Following up on leads generated by the company</p><p>• Presenting products and product functions to potential sales channels</p><p>• Reporting back daily to Sales Director</p><p>• Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>- Car &amp; valid UAE driving license</p><p>-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field</p><p>- 2 years sales experience in field mother &amp; child and toy sales industry</p><p>- Proficient in English</p><p>- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint</p><p><br></p>
