In this position, you will be responsible for providing expert-level consulting services to our clients in the Middle East region, with a specific focus on sporting and leisure facilities. Working with us offers an exciting range of opportunities to develop your career within a supportive and diverse team who always strive to do the right thing for our people, clients and communities.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Develop Fire Loos Prevention and Emergency Management Department Strategies, roadmap and schedule/plans with key milestones and department KPI’s, including department structure, policies, plans and procedures, that outline the goals, objectives, and initiatives and work with our clients to ensure alignment with their overall business strategy. </li><li> Fire Protection Strategy and Advisory Services to Client. You will be a knowledge expert providing strategic advisory support. </li><li> Provide input into Project planning and scheduling, risks and opportunities, business impact, input into Project Execution planning </li><li> Create comprehensive fire protection strategies that address all aspects of a facility’s fire protection needs, including planning and design, technology, and operational delivery. </li><li> Develop programs covering crisis and emergency management, business continuity and related training. </li><li> Work with other project disciplines to ensure Fire protection solutions are properly integrated. </li><li> Lead fire protection related projects for our clients’ sporting and leisure facilities, including project planning, execution, and monitoring. </li><li> Communicate with clients to build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service. </li><li> Write detailed proposals that outline the scope of work, timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes, and present them to our clients. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><strong>Requirements:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Minimum of 15-20+ years experience and demonstrated successful history in performing technical consulting work and developing and cultivating client relationships. </li><li> Specific focused experience on sporting and leisure facilities. </li><li> Typically requires Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Engineering or another technical field.
