<p><strong>Waiter&nbsp;</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Title :</strong></p><p>Waiter.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job location : </strong></p><p>Italian fine dining restaurant in Riyadh.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description :</strong></p><p>The job of the Waiter or food and beverage provider is to be responsible for taking orders from customers, providing food and beverages, making menu recommendations, answering customer questions regarding orders, exchanging additional information such as ingredients for menus as well as available drinks, closing the order and taking the fees from the customer, and the job needs patience and an ability to endure work pressures and the ability to provide detailed information about different foods and drinks and provide a distinguished service that helps promote customer confidence and satisfaction.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities :&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Receiving and welcoming customers and helping them choose the right table.</li><li>Providing a list of available foods and drinks and provide detailed information on ingredients and potential food allergies.</li><li>Preparing and providing tables and making sure of the appropriate number of utensils, water bottles and the rest of the dining table equipment.</li><li>Introducing customers to the offers available for that day.</li><li>Assisting clients and make recommendations on the menu upon request.</li><li>Participating in the sale of products when needed.</li><li>Obtaining customers’ requests for food and drinks, using the ordering program used in the restaurant.</li><li>Communicating details of orders to kitchen staff.</li><li>Preparing and bringing food and beverage orders to the dining table.</li><li>Ensure that dishes and utensils are clean and sorted on an ongoing basis.</li><li>Arrange and set up the table and maintain the decent picture of the restaurant.</li><li>Following up on unclean dishes and equipment and carry them to the interior of the restaurant for the organization department.</li><li>Reviewing daily specials, menu changes and specifications.</li><li>Closing the payment and the fees with the client.</li><li>Following the rules of hygiene, health and safety.</li><li>Providing outstanding customer service to guests.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills :</strong></p><ul><li>Proficiency in performing various arithmetic operations.</li><li>Excellent presentation, selling and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in organizational skills for various tasks.</li><li>Problem-solving skills.</li><li>Customer service skills.</li><li>Adequate appearance and good physical health.</li><li>Good listening to customers, positive communication and dealing with tact.</li><li>Ability to work with the staff.</li><li>Food connoisseur.</li><li>Passionate about development and change.</li><li>Able to handle work pressure.</li><li>Work on weekends and official holidays and at various daily working hours.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experiences :</strong></p><p>Work in the field of catering or customer service for a period of no less than two years.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications :&nbsp;</strong></p><p>High school diploma or higher.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Functional Features:</strong></p><ul><li>Fair salary.</li><li>Housing allowance.</li><li>Transfer allowance.</li><li>Medical insurance.</li></ul>
