<p>We are looking for an <strong>Aluminum Project Estimator/Designer.</strong></p><br><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><br><p><strong> </strong></p><br><p>-<span> </span>Assessing project specs and requirements.</p><br><p>-<span> </span>Study the available project drawings and details to ensure a robust cost estimating process to meet the project requirements considering its timescales, quality standards, required specs, and BOQ.</p><br><p>-<span> </span>Support cost improvement through value engineering, and cost optimization by identifying Aluminum and glass systems alternatives that match the client budget and project’s specs…</p><br><p>-<span> </span>Contact suppliers and assess aluminum and glass systems and raw materials offers to elect the best related to quality standards, cost, and profit range.</p><br><p>-<span> </span>Review the project BOQ to comply with drawings and prepare the concept drawings proposal accordingly to set the cost analysis.</p><br><p>-<span> </span>Calculate the estimated cost and profit analysis based on concept drawings proposal featuring material and implementation process, and considering labors productivity, timeline and others.</p><br><p>-<span> </span>Assist in the negotiation with clients and follow up for any required price revision or technical evaluation and make recommendations to resolve issues.</p><br><p>-<span> </span>Assist to set the contract and issuing materials – take-off lists for purchasing orders.</p><br><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><br><p><strong> </strong></p><br><p>- Saudi / Non-Saudi.</p><br><p>- A bachelor’s degree in engineering.</p><br><p>- Experience with aluminum system.</p><br><p>- Excellent communication skills.</p><br><p>- Proficiency in writing reports.</p><br><p>- excellent in English.</p>
