Job Description
<p>The Tamheer Program is six months long on the job training program for Saudi graduates under the umbrella of HRDF, to be eligible for the Tamheer program, you must meet all of the criteria listed below:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Should have a bachelor’s degree.</li><li>Should not have been employed for the last six months.</li><li>Should not be currently employed.</li><li>Should not have previously participated in the Tamheer program.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Essential Task and Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>HR analyst – Gathers and manages employee data.</li><li>Follow up and attend HR meetings.</li><li>Employee benefits management.</li><li>Keeping a track of the attendance of the employee.</li><li>Filing the leave forms and keeping a track of the leaves taken.</li><li>Screening the candidate by conducting telephone as the case may be.</li><li>Understanding the requirement and according to the HRSD platform.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Essential Qualification:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Professional level in English Language.</li><li>Good Knowledge in the Microsoft Office programs (Essentially Excel)</li><li>Prioritizes and organizes work to meet deadlines.</li></ul>
