Today we have over 3000 employees in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the United States, and we are always looking for top talent to join our team. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>ABOUT THIS ROLE</strong></p><p>We are looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Manager to be based in our Riyadh office to develop and execute digital and social strategies to accelerate growth of Anker Innovations in KSA. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>To be responsible for developing, executing and delivering the digital/online marketing and media strategy, planning and budget to drive the business forwards through key digital marketing channels. </li><li>Create online marketing programs and campaign strategies across Anker Innovations category brands: Anker, Nebula, eufy and Soundcore. </li><li>This person will be expected to take responsibility for both strategic and tactical activities and assume full responsibility of the digital marketing plan and for the smooth running and completion of projects including but not limited to leading Anker Innovations presence on web, mobile, email marketing, search marketing and social media. </li><li>Define and manage the appropriate agency resources/types. </li><li>Measure and analyse marketing programs and campaign performance and provide insights to evaluate effectiveness of digital media usage. </li><li>To review technologies and explore new developments in the digital landscape to find ways to more effectively deliver the communication and business objectives. </li><li>Maintain relationships and work with cross-functional teams to execute successful acquisition, retention, and win-back campaigns. </li><li>Project manage campaigns to ensure projects are on time and within scope. </li><li>Execution, management, and optimization of digital and mobile campaigns. </li><li>Manage day-to-day plan development and operations for owned and paid and campaigns. </li><li>Leverage analytics tools to apply actionable insights and learnings to upcoming mixed media campaigns </li><li>Work closely with agencies and cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns against KPI’s. </li><li>Maintain weekly campaign performance, audience, and marketing activity documentation. </li><li>Product branding and messaging management. </li><li>Own and manage channel partner website listings, descriptions and optimization. </li><li>Communications management. </li><li>Actively survey industry trends and conduct competitive analyses to help inform decision making. </li><li>Strong management skills. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or similar field. </li><li>Must have relevant digital and mobile product marketing experience. </li><li>5+ years professional working experience in marketing role </li><li>Experience in managing and executing acquisition, retention, and win-back owned and paid media campaigns. </li><li>Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills, but must also be a team player who is open to collaborating with multiple internal and external teams. </li><li>Aptitude is data analysis utilizing internal and external tools a must. </li><li>Flexibility &amp; ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. </li><li>A team player attitude. </li><li>A strong communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done. </li><li>Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage workload. </li><li>Attention to detail. </li><li>Prior experience in tech and agency environment is a plus. </li><li>Experience in start-up environment is a plus </li><li>Arabic speaking and writing mandatory</li></ul>
