<strong>Job Description<br><br></strong><strong>Job Purpose :<br><br></strong>Provide technical expertise in the Oracle Retail stream to deliver product and project excellence for business initiatives. The incumbent will provide day-to-day operational support and work on internal projects.<br><br><strong>Functional Accountabilities:<br></strong><ul><li> Knowledge of Oracle Retail v14 onwards (Foundation Data, RMS, RPM, Allocation, Replenishment, Ordering, ReSA, ReIM, Stock Ledger, ORFI). </li><li> SQL and other query writing skills to extract data from Oracle Retail systems. </li><li> Proficient in programming in PL/SQL, ADF, JET, Integration technologies, Java, and Ni-Fi. </li><li> Expertise with Oracle Retail batches and troubleshooting. </li><li> Able to identify and resolve errors on Oracle Retail applications based on day-to-day business. </li><li> Able to perform unit / SIT for internal projects. </li><li> Provide L2 support to business users. </li><li> Lead new initiatives internally and solve business change requests/problems. </li><li> Client focused with agile delivery and servant leader mindset. </li><li> Strong team player, comfortable in interacting with business and IT stakeholders. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Skills<br><br></strong><strong>Education<br><br></strong><strong>Academic Or Technical Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>Experience, Skills &amp; Competencies<br><br></strong>3+ years of technical experience in Oracle Retail application suites, MOM<br><br>Understanding Retail ERP systems such as Oracle, RELEX, SAP, and NetSuite will be advantageous.<br><br>Experience in technical analysis and programming in retail environments<br><br>Knowledge of software development life cycle.<br><br>Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skills.<br><br>Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.<br><br>Strong people skills.
