Job Description
<p><strong>Description of Job Duties:</strong></p><ol><li>Developing HTML ad banners: Create HTML ad banners based on provided design concepts or specifications. This involves translating the design into HTML code, implementing necessary CSS styles, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility, and optimization for various devices and platforms.</li><li>Implementing interactivity and animations: Utilize JavaScript and other relevant technologies to add interactivity and create animations within the ad banners. This includes implementing effects, interactions, transitions, and dynamic elements to enhance user engagement.</li><li>Collaborating with designers and developers: Work closely with designers and other developers to understand project requirements, provide technical input, and ensure that the final banners meet the desired visual and functional goals.</li><li>Optimizing banner performance: Optimize the HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code to improve the loading speed and performance of the ad banners. This may involve minimizing file sizes, optimizing image assets, and following best practices for efficient code execution.</li><li>Testing and troubleshooting: Conduct thorough testing of the ad banners across different browsers, devices, and platforms to ensure consistent performance and functionality. Identify and resolve any technical issues or bugs that may arise during the testing process.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience Requirements and Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>1-3 years experience with HTML and CSS</li><li>1-3 years experience with Javascript (Ability to create animations using JavaScript libraries or frameworks)</li><li>Knowledge of Adobe products</li><li>Bonus: Creating JavaScript games</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Ability to solve problems in elegant, clean, and straightforward ways</li><li>An eye for detail and a commitment to quality work</li><li>Ability to break down and estimate feature requests into tasks and time frame</li></ul><p><br></p>
