As a Video Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire video production process, from conceptualization to final delivery. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing projects, and ensuring the production of high-quality videos that align with our brand and objectives.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Conceptualized and develop video concepts, scripts, storyboards, and shot lists in collaboration with the creative team.</li><li>Plan and coordinate video shoots, including managing equipment, locations, and talent.</li><li>Personally manage video shoots, ensuring adherence to creative vision and brand guidelines.</li><li>Edit and post-produce videos, including adding graphics, sound effects, music, and visual effects.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver compelling video content that meets the objectives.</li><li>Manage the video production budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and best practices in video production, and apply them to enhance the quality and creativity of our videos.</li><li>Conduct video quality control checks to ensure technical accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.</li><li>Maintain a well-organized video library for easy access and retrieval of footage.</li><li>Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed for specialized video production requirements.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Arabic speaker</li><li>Experience in working with different cameras and video editing is a must.</li><li>Proven experience as a Video Producer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your video production skills and creative projects.</li><li>Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.</li><li>Solid understanding of the video production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases.</li><li>Knowledge of cinematography techniques, lighting, sound recording, and video equipment.</li><li>Excellent storytelling and scriptwriting skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively through video.</li><li>Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual composition, aesthetics, and video quality.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.</li><li>Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Experience in working with AI-based tools and video production automation platforms.</li><li>Experience with motion graphics and animation software, such as Adobe After Effects or Cinema 4D.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO principles and video optimization techniques.</li><li>Experience in creating videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and online advertising.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Why join CFI?</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>We’re a fast-growing, multinational company</li><li>Competitive salaries and benefits</li><li>Work and learn with industry professions</li><li>Supportive and collaborative environment</li><li>Unlimited opportunities for growth and development</li></ul><p></p>
