<p>Directs the daily operational activities of the retail leasing. </p><p>Responsible for all the leasing functions which will include hunting for brands, reviewing, influencing and negotiating leasing transactions.</p><p>Monitors trends for competition in the marketplace. </p><p>Accurately prepare and be thoroughly knowledgeable with all lease lifecycle ; including related paperwork, from the application process to the move out, move in information, lease files, and any other administrative work as related to leasing and tenant relations.</p><p>Maintain an awareness of market conditions and trends.</p><p>Monthly update of the leasing competitive market survey.</p><p>Contribute to an efficient and highly productive management office, by communicating regularly with the management, and by actively participating in additional management initiatives as needed.</p><p><br></p><p>Required Skills and Experience:–</p><p><br></p><p>Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.</p><p>5+ years of work experience in commercial/retail/F&amp;B real estate leasing.</p><p>Proficient in use of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.</p><p>Strong ability to communicate: verbal, listening, and written.</p><p>High goal orientation and proactive mindset.</p><p>Strong organizational, Influential and multi-tasking capabilities.</p>
