Job Purpose<br>§ To provide high quality research support and undertake internationally competitive research aimed at publication thereby contributing to the academic and research mission of the University.<br>§ Ability to present research plans and findings in a convincing style, both in oral and written modes of communication.<br><br>Key Roles & Responsibilities<br>Strategic Responsibilities<br>1. To fabricate advanced graphene and other 2D material membranes for wastewater treatment<br>2. To provide comprehensive characterization using advanced analytical tools<br>3. To supervise MSc and PhD students<br>4. To write proposals<br>5. To publish in Q1 journals<br>Operational Responsibilities<br>To maintain safe and operational lab activities including RIC-2D and CMAT.<br>Supervisory Responsibilities<br>To assist in the supervision of MSc and PhD graduate students.
