<p><strong>Position</strong>: Graphic Designer</p><p><strong>Location</strong>: Dubai Hills Estate</p><p><strong>Start</strong>: Immediately </p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Strada, a leading Real Estate company based in Dubai.</p><p><br></p><p>As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing our creative vision and executing high-quality design projects that effectively communicate our brand and property offerings. Your exceptional skills in Adobe Photoshop and other design software will be instrumental in producing visually appealing marketing for our residential and commercial properties.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate and work with a team of our current Marketing pro’s, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure consistent brand representation and quality design deliverables.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Management to develop creative concepts, design layouts, and visual assets for digital campaigns.</li><li>Create engaging and innovative designs for brochures, advertisements, social media content, websites, email marketing, presentations, and other promotional materials.</li><li>Ensure brand consistency across all visual elements and platforms, maintaining high standards for quality and attention to detail.</li><li>Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging design technologies, incorporating them into the company’s design strategy.</li><li>Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and managing priorities effectively.</li><li>Conduct regular reviews of design work to ensure it meets the company’s standards and objectives.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Ideally qualified in Graphic Design or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years experience in graphic design, preferably in the real estate or related industry (not essential).</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.</li><li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to work with and inspire a team of designers.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in leading successful marketing campaigns and projects.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.</li><li>A keen eye for aesthetics and a deep understanding of design principles.</li><li>Ability to think creatively, problem-solve, and develop innovative design solutions.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.</li><li>Available to start ideally immediately</li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>We are currently looking for a Female candidate, due to the current team balance and believe that a diverse workforce contributes to a richer and more innovative work environment.
