<p>Forex Sales Person: The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Salary</strong></p><ul><li>Base salary a month will range from USD $1000 – USD $2000 depending on experience. There will also be a commission component. If and when the commission rise above the base salary, the sales person will get the commission only, and the base salary would be omitted. Payout per month is based on whichever (base salary or comms) is higher. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to do Sales.</li><li>Help to recruit IBs (introducing brokers) and Sales for Merlion Global.</li><li>Responsible for the acquisition of new clients for Merlion Global.</li><li>Drive robust analyses and research on market trends, economic and political issues that affect currency values, and write market commentary about the forex/stock/commodities/bond market.</li><li>Perform technical, fundamental and quantitative analysis and present the findings to the management or clients (daily trade calls).</li><li>Conduct professional workshops/seminars for the clients.</li><li>Represent the company and present your views professionally to the media.</li><li>Able to act as a host and conduct webinars.</li><li>Support and assist the director on all business development matters.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Know how to use MT4 or MT5.</li><li>Degree/Diploma in Economics, International Finance or Business.</li><li>Ideal to have 2-3 years of trading experience in the FX/Equities/Commodity/Bond markets.</li><li>Team player with the ability to synthesize and analyse financial and market information coherently and succinctly.</li><li>High proficiency in terms of written and verbal communication skills; ability to understand and explain complex concepts in clear and succinct manner.</li><li>Enthusiasm and ability to respond with a sense of urgency.</li><li>Proven ability to develop high quality business requirements documentations.</li><li>High level of competence with MS Office.</li><li>Able to converse well in English.</li></ul>
