<strong>Job Description<br><br></strong>Danfoss is looking for a Human Resources & Administrative Affairs Fresh Graduate to join a team of dedicated and ambitious colleagues in a dynamic organization where no days are alike. As HR & Administrative Affairs Fresh Graduate, you will support leaders, colleagues, and external parties through a broad variety of operational tasks.<br><br>In this role, you can look forward to a highly varied workday with many different tasks and a large contact surface across the entire organization. You will be given the opportunity to have a great amount of influence on your responsibilities and tasks. If you want to put your outstanding skills within coordination and communication into play in an international organization, which is on a growth journey, keep reading!<br><br>The position will be based in Riyadh, KSA.<br><br>Please note that all candidates should be registered in the Tamheer Program.<br><br><strong><strong>Job Responsibilities<br><br></strong></strong>Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.<br><br><ul><li> Exchange information by working with different segments and functions to see the big picture and get to know the company. </li><li> Act as an advisor to local and regional managers. </li><li> Order stationery and manage logistics for giveaways and office assets. </li><li> Manage all relevant tasks related to regular employee meetings. </li><li> Ensure compliance to Danfoss’ policy and standards. </li><li> Support the MENA HR Team with employee vacations, public holidays etc. </li><li> Facilitate team building and development. </li><li> Onboarding of new employees – supporting managers in ordering equipment such as laptop, monitor and flowers etc. <br><br></li></ul><strong><strong>Background & Skills<br><br></strong></strong>At Danfoss, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters creativity, innovation, and a broader perspective in decision-making.
